AUTHORIZATION OF USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I authorize Polaris App "Software Development" (hereinafter the "Responsible") in a voluntary, informed and prior manner to collect, store, share and process my personal data that I have provided by this means, for the following purposes:

Share my personal data with allied third parties, located within or outside the territory of the Republic of Colombia, when necessary for the proper execution of the services contracted with the Responsible.

Carry out statistical or behavioral studies on my tastes and preferences, regarding the services offered, to carry out commercial prospecting, in order to identify the needs and tastes to satisfy with the products and / or services to be offered.

Analyze by the monitoring system for the prevention of fraud or by authorized and highly qualified personnel to analyze said data, in order to improve the quality standards of the transactions of the services offered by the Responsible.

Provide information about events, promotions, advertising, loyalty programs through the use of email, postal mail, landline, cell phone, fax, SMS, msn, social networks or similar media.

Consult the risk centers, financial and credit information or any entity in charge of handling commercial data, personal, economic data or information on commercial relationships with third parties in order to evaluate the possibility of offering products and / or services.

Measure the level of satisfaction with the products or services contracted.

To collect, use, report and / or share, the personal data provided and those that it comes to provide, in order that it can: i) Develop individually, in conjunction with its allies or with the Responsible, financial products and services, ii) Develop processes for the adequate provision of the products and / or services contracted, iii) Consult my information in the risk, financial and credit centers that operate in Colombia so that the offer of financial products and services is made, iv) Contact me, to receive information about your financial products or services through email, postal mail, landline, cell phone, social networks, fax, sms, msn, or similar means, v) Analyze my information for statistical purposes of control, supervision , development of tools that prevent fraud and knowledge of my financial and credit behavior, and vi) Use my personal data for analytical purposes and statistics that allow you to improve the quality of the products and / or services offered. For the purposes of this authorization, personal data is understood to be the following:

Basic identification and contact data (Name, telephone, physical address, email, number and type of identification document)

Transactional data (Cell phone number, credit card number, email)

Financial information (Entity, type and bank account number)

I understand that the Controller will process personal data within the parameters established by Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations.

Likewise, I declare the following:

(i) That I have been informed that the Data Controller's Personal Data Treatment Policy which is published at www.polarisapp.xyz.

(ii) That as the owner of personal data I have the rights established in Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and other regulations that modify, complement, add or repeal them from time to time, especially the right to know, update, rectify and revoke the authorization that I have granted for the use of my personal data. (iii) That this authorization will be valid until you request the Responsible parties to revoke it.

(iv) That I can know, correct and update my data, as well as revoke my authorization through the email info@arenasconsultoria.site and / or the phone line 3128436359 during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. I understand that the revocation of this authorization will only operate when there is no legal or contractual duty that forces the information to be kept.
